The Sovereignty and Health movement emerged in 2020 on the initiative of Josep Pàmies and Dulce Revolución during the confinement of the "plandemic", due to the need of several people who were isolated and awake, who wanted to share new ideas together with others who shared the same vision of co-creating a new self-sufficient society in health, food, energy, free education, support in old age, among others.
Through groups in small towns and municipalities, those of us who want to act in an active, constructive and supportive way in each community or neighborhood come together to generate synergies of survival and self-sufficiency based on the knowledge and experiences that each person contributes and to positively confront the attacks we are receiving from authorities, economic powers and others who remain in cowardly anonymity.
These meetings are intended to establish the first ties of collaboration between people from the same area, to determine a place and day for future meetings, and to voluntarily and consensually choose a coordinator or several coordinators, avoiding pyramidal organizations. This coordinator figure is the person who will act as spokesperson between the group and the general organization, and is also a rotating position over time as decided by its members.
Local meetings will serve to share knowledge and resources of any kind, to propose solutions to the problems we face and, to the extent possible, to contribute to making them possible.
From the Sovereignty and Health website, Dulce Revolución will provide ideas, experiences, testimonies, studies, legal and technical resources, with which each group can undertake local actions, for the benefit of the community.
As the groups operate and achieve successes that benefit their members, they will be able to communicate this through the Sovereignty and Health website, the official Telegram and Instagram channels, or through other means deemed appropriate, so that forms of self-help spread like wildfire among citizens.
