In July 2024, the Sweet Revolution Association decides to organize an event entitled “Freedom of expression and therapeutic freedom: one-on-one between Josep Pàmies and Miguel Bosé”. In which, in addition to Josep Pamies y Miguel Bosé, seven more speakers were invited to participate.
For the organization of this event, the Health Department of the Government of the Balearic Islands imposed on the Sweet Revolution Association a fine of €300.001,00 for an alleged violation of public health.
None of the speakers who participated in the event were held responsible for what they freely said there. Only the one who received the fine was Sweet Revolution Association for organizing it.
This sanction is also being appealed.

All information must offer the option of choice, not force it. Regulatory channels don't cover everyone. The economy and the profits of some companies often choose and direct what type of information is disclosed and what is not. Governments cannot escape these movements either, as we're seeing these days when everything can be reduced to market speculation and economic power struggles...
How could I not give this movement a chance when I can hear real opinions and experiences? When the foundation is nature itself, which wants to be accessible to the majority of people, without having to set up a business, from an association supported by a non-profit and without the intention of imposing anything on anyone...?
