I am 38 years old (2016). I have always had a very close relationship with the sea. I have known for many years about the properties and therapeutic uses of sea water through a family member and expert doctor: Mª Teresa Ilari Valenti, who led us to the Dolça Revolució.

But it was not until about four months ago that I started to listen to and read all the information I had received over the last few years after suffering from many digestive problems, constipation with a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome, lactose and gluten intolerance but with no solution from conventional medicine, so I decided to start self-experimenting with seawater, not finding the relationship between it and our bodily fluids at all strange; specifically, intracellular fluid.

Since I started drinking sea water, I feel healthier and full of energy. When I started drinking the water, I immediately noticed changes in the sensations in my stomach and intestines. Everything seemed to have softened and lubricated, especially in my colon. As a result, I have stopped suffering from hemorrhoid problems, which, despite having surgery when I was just over twenty years old, still caused me some discomfort.

The first time I tried it, I drank two glasses in a row, which resulted in intestinal cleansing (without any discomfort). I try to drink 1/3 of sea water with filtered water on an empty stomach and another shot before bed. Sometimes, due to lack of time, I take shots of 100% sea water.

In the specific case of my six-year-old daughter, I give it to her in a 5 ml syringe without diluting it with water (it's the only way she takes it) before breakfast and in cases of colds it has given me very good results. I don't know for sure if it works or not but I can confirm that since she was 4 months old every winter she has suffered from bronchitis with some pneumonia. This year, despite the fact that we had no choice but to give her conventional medication to lower the fever that was too high for her age, I am sure that the increased doses every hour of SEA WATER together with medicinal plants, specifically PERILLA infusions, saved us the usual antibiotics and corticosteroids every time she has had bronchitis.

We also use it in the kitchen: to boil pasta and season stews, etc., as well as to gargle when I have had throat discomfort, and to avoid dry nighttime coughs in what seemed to be a mild allergy. Another use is baths with 2 kilos of sea salt to eliminate toxins, stimulate the venous and lymphatic circuit and drain fluids, which is extremely important for health. It has become a weekly activity that my daughter looks forward to doing together.
