My name is Miguel Ortega, I am 47 years old and I am from Madrid, although for the last year and a half I have lived in a town in Ávila to be close to a natural environment.

In December 2014, I was diagnosed with signet ring cell adenocarcinoma of the stomach (biopsied from a lesion measuring about 7 mm). There were no symptoms. It was detected during a digestive tract check-up for anisakis infection at a clinic in Madrid where they suggested removing 75% of my stomach to “cure” me.

Immediately after the diagnosis, I started an organic vegetarian diet and took soursop infusions every other week from the very beginning. I also developed a complex protocol of: salt baths, enzymes, vitamins, dichloroacetate, magnesium…

In February 2015, I went to a clinic in Navarra to confirm the diagnosis. There, they suggested removing 50% of my stomach as a precaution, since the disease had not yet been detected, but a genetic predisposition to it had been detected. In addition, the biopsies obtained at the clinic in Madrid were analyzed and it was confirmed that the cancer cells had my DNA.

Since June 2015, I have had check-ups every 6 months with endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound, with no evidence of disease. Regarding taking infusions, I take breaks after check-ups, with a maintenance period of one month and a two-month break approximately.

At this time (May 2016) I will no longer go for a check-up every 6 months but will do so in a year, so I have not yet set the exact protocol. The last check-up in May confirmed the absence of disease.

My goal is to share the information so that it can be useful to others, understanding that the protocol I have used does not necessarily have the same result in other people, among other things because the level of discipline required is extraordinary and because each type of cancer may require different or complementary actions. My experience has the particularity of being exhaustively documented with reports from hospitals of the highest prestige in terms of technological means of diagnosis.
