My name is Paz, I am 48 years old (July 2023) and I live in Seville. My husband (50 years old) and I, supposedly, had Covid 19 diagnosed. And it really did us a lot of good. At the same time we were taking supplements vitamin c, zinc, vitamin b and once a week Omega 3 and collagen with magnesium. My children got through it without symptoms with these supplements.
