Do we choose to be patient in the face of the symptoms of illness or to be patient in the face of health processes? This is the key to healing the health system: healing the individual.
Health cannot be bought or sold, it is recovered and conquered every day when we move from being patients to being participants in health processes. Healing does not come from outside, but healing ourselves individually ends up having a healing effect on the system to which we belong.
A doctor, humanist and freethinker, he advocates integrative medicine. His passion is to inspire other human beings to awaken and activate their self-healing abilities. This motivation led him to found the Zuhaizpe Vital Health Centre in 1988, a space for transformation, encounter and healing where pain can be transformed into love and illness into consciousness.
